◆NC Equipment Application and Maintenance

Educational objectives: To cultivate high-quality technical talents with all-round development of moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetics education, with good professional quality, practical ability, and innovative and entrepreneurial awareness, geared to all kinds of enterprises, mastering the technical expertise of this profession, with strong hands-on ability and operational ability of related professional qualifications, capable of fully understanding the operation and application of NC equipment, mastering the assembly, debugging and maintenance of NC equipment, engaged in the operation and maintenance of advanced NC equipment, installation and debugging, maintenance and management, sales and service of mechanical components and electrical systems, etc.

Main courses: This specialty mainly offers Mechanical Drawing and CAD, Fundamentals of Electrical Technology, Fundamentals of Mechanical Design, Mechanical Manufacturing Technology, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Transmission, NC Machine Tool Programming and Operation, Assembly and Debugging of Mechanical Components of NC Machine Tool, Electric Drive of NC Machine Tool, Installation and Debugging of Machine Tool Control System, NC Machine Tool Fault Diagnosis and Maintenance, NC Machining Training, NC Machine Tool Installation and Debugging Comprehensive Training, NC Machine Tool Maintenance Comprehensive Training, On-post Practice and Graduating Projects, and other courses.

Employment orientation: The graduates can be engaged in the use of NC machine tools, NC machining and accuracy inspection of parts; installation and adjustment of mechanical components of NC machine tools, electrical assembly and debugging of NC machine tools; routine maintenance and repair of NC machine tools; sales and technical services of NC equipment, workshop production organization and management, etc

Faculty: We have 3 professors, 7 associate professors, 2 doctors and 8 masters. We have one candidate for the provincial “Qinglan Project”. At the same time, we have ample part-time teachers from the industry and enterprises. The teaching staff is optimally structured, with reasonable echelon, high teaching competency and strong scientific research ability. Many teachers have presided over the provincial and departmental teaching and scientific research projects.
