Educational objectives: This specialty aims to cultivate project managers and store managers of real estate enterprises with professional management and high-end skills mastering modern real estate business technology, with good professional quality, communication skill and innovation capability, geared to large real estate enterprises, engaged in real estate project development, real estate appraisal, real estate marketing planning, real estate brokerage, housing quality inspection, etc.

Main courses: Real Estate Development and Operation, Real Estate Marketing and Planning Practice, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Brokerage Practice, Housing Construction and Engineering Drawing, Building Engineering Surveying, Engineering Economics, Real Estate Project Investment Analysis, Housing and Indoor Environmental Detection Technology, Assets Appraisal, Comprehensive Training of Real Estate Development, Comprehensive Training of Real Estate Marketing, Comprehensive Training of Real Estate Appraisal, Comprehensive Training of Real Estate Brokerage, On-post Practice and Graduating Project, etc.

Employment orientation: Engaged in real estate project development promoters, real estate appraisers, real estate marketers or salesclerk, real estate brokers and house quality inspectors or assistant house inspectors etc. in real estate development, real estate appraisal, real estate marketing, real estate brokerage, house inspection and other enterprises, or engaged in real estate project managers, real estate brokerage store mangers and other management positions in real estate companies.

Faculty: Among the full-time teachers, we have 1 professor, 3 associate professors, 1 senior engineer, 4 doctors, 10 masters, 9 teachers with bi-expertise. The team won the first prize in the National Information-based Competition, the second prize of Scientific and Technological Progress Award of Architectural Society of China, the second prize of Jiangsu Information-based Teaching Design, the second prize of Outstanding Graduation Thesis (Design) of College Students in JiangsuProvince, and the second prize in Jiangsu Vocational Students Skills Competition. We also have more than 10 part-time teachers with senior professional titles or posts from the industry and well-known enterprises.

Experimental and training conditions: We have Real Estate Development Training Room, Real Estate Marketing Training Room, Real Estate Appraisal Training Room, Real Estate Brokerage Training Room, House Inspector Training Room, Engineering Surveying Training Room, Engineering Quality Management Training Room, Engineering Cost Training Room, etc. We are the national training base for registered house inspectors, real estate marketers and real estate teachers respectively.
