Employment orientation: Geared to the application software design and development technology field of IT industry, software enterprises, system integration companies, various enterprises and institutions, government agencies in Jiangsu Province and the Yangtze River Delta region, the graduates are engaged in the design and development based on application software and dynamic websites, coding of various management information systems, management and maintenance of database systems, software sales and technical support, etc.

Faculty: We have 2 professors, 7 associate professors, 1 visiting scholar of foreign college, 1 visiting scholar of colleges and universities, 3 doctors, 15 masters or above; 2 “Huang Yanpei Teaching Masters”, 8 part-time teachers who are all from forefront enterprises. The teachers with bi-expertise account for over 90%.

Experimental and training conditions: We have Java, .NET, mobile Internet technology and other training rooms, with the total area reaching 1,460 square meters, and 665 units of teaching experimental and training equipment (more than 1,000 yuan), with a total value of 12.39 million yuan. We have established a training center in cooperation with Huawei and other world-renowned enterprises, and the enterprises invested 4 million yuan. We are the demonstration base and teacher training base of “Android Mobile Application Technology Talent Training” of Google, and we also have more than ten off-campus training bases, such as Fujitsu Nanda and other enterprises.

Main achievements: 3 first prizes and 2 second prizes in the National Vocational Students Skills Competition, 4 first prizes in the Provincial Vocational Students Skills Competition, and 1 second prize in the National Challenge Cup Competition, and more than 40 second prizes in the national Invention Cup Competition, national ICAN Competition, and national “Lanqiao Cup” Competition.
