Employment orientation: The graduates can be engaged in the installation, debugging, operation, maintenance and management of electromechanical control systems and equipment in the forefront of technical field of the urban rail transit industry.

Faculty: Among the full-time teachers, we have 2 professors, 5 associate professors, 2 doctors, 5 masters, 6 teachers with bi-expertise, and 8 teachers with experience as visiting scholars of foreign colleges. The teaching staff is reasonably structured, with high teaching competency. The full-time teachers won 1 first prize in the teaching ability competition at or above the provincial level, and guided students to win 1 first prize and 2 second prizes in the National Vocational Students Skills Competition. At the same time, we have ample part-time teachers from the industry and enterprises.
