Educational objectives: To cultivate high-quality technical and highly-skilled talents with all-round development of moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetics education, with good professional quality, practical ability, and innovation and entrepreneurship awareness, geared to all kinds of enterprises appropriate to this specialty orientation, mastering the expertise in intelligent electronics, audio and video technology, data acquisition and system control software design, Java programming, machine vision, database technology application, with strong hands-on skills, engaged in the assembly, debugging, operation, maintenance, technical support, auxiliary research and development of intelligent electronic product systems, smart cards, audio and video equipment.

Employment orientation: The graduates can be engaged in the electronic product design, PCB design, product testing and maintenance and technical work in various enterprises or research institutes related to the electronics industry, and be engaged in the production management, quality management, and pre-sales technical support, after-sales engineering services and other technical services of electronic products.
Faculty: Among the full-time teachers, we have 4 professors, 18 associate professors, 5 doctors, 23 masters, and 25 teachers with bi-expertise. Several team members are candidates for outstanding young backbone teachers of the provincial “Qinglan Project”, were honored as “Young Master Hands” in Jiangsu Province, presided over several sub-projects of the National Resource Database and provincial teaching reform projects, edited a number of textbooks, won several prizes in the skills competition, innovation and entrepreneurship competition, the National College Students Electronic Design Competition. We have ample part-time teachers from the industry and enterprises.
