Faculty: Among thefull-time teachers, we have 3 professors, 10 associate professors, 8 doctors, 16 masters, and 38 teachers with bi-expertise. We have 1 third-level talent of the provincial 333 Project, 1 technological innovation team in Jiangsu Province, 1 outstanding teaching team of “Qinglan Project” in Jiangsu Province, 1 backbone teacher of the provincial Qinglan Project, and 1 member of the Vocational Education and Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Experimental and training conditions: Webuild in-campus and off-campus practice bases in cooperation with ZTE, Nanjing Bestlink, Jiangsu Radio and Television and other enterprises. The in-campus indoor training site covers an area of 1,500 square meters, and the outdoor communication line engineering training site covers an area of over 2,000 square meters. Main achievements: This specialty is among the first batch of experimental specialties of modern apprenticeship system of the Ministry of Education, a core specialty of the provincial key electronic information specialty group, and an experimental specialty of the national first-class specialties developed by the college. In deep cooperation with ZTE, Huawei and other large and medium-sized enterprises, we have built a national Electric and Electronic Training Base and a Ministry of Education-ZTE ICT Industry Innovation Base. In the past five years, we have won 1 first prize of the provincial Teaching Achievement Award, 1 sub-project of Communication Technology Specialty Resources Database courses, and 6 provincial and college open online courses under construction.
