The Office of International Cooperation and Exchange (NJUIT Office of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs) is responsible for coordinating and carrying out the work related to the university's promotion, exchange and cooperation with foreign countries and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions. It is responsible for the management and service of the university's foreign affairs work, accepting the approval of faculty and staff's applications for short-term overseas trips (abroad) on official business, passport and visa processing, foreign-related education and follow-up management and service. It is responsible for organizing and coordinating relevant departments and units to carry out foreign academic exchanges, cooperative education and international seminars to promote the internationalization process.
